Lyons Painting & Design was recognized by American Painting Contractor magazine with a 2020 Top Job award for the full exterior restoration of the historic Admiral Theatre in Bremerton, WA. The project featured a Navy-inspired color palette using Sherwin-Williams Loxon Self-Cleaning Acrylic and Resilience Exterior Satin, completed safely on a busy street with scaffolding and lifts.

The project involved surface encapsulation, drywall repair, and application of Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 Zero-VOC paints, metallic finishes, and an Arizona Polymers epoxy floor system — all completed within a tight timeline while meeting Renovation, Repair and Painting regulations.
